"Liked: great authentic experience. Very close to all the dining options. Did not like: You need to walk up steep stairs to get to the hotel and leave your car on the roads. Breakfast is disappointing. "

"The location is perfect and the staff are very friendly as well as helpful. I would recommend to anyone who visits Kars. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."

"Otelin geneli çok iyi, oda temizliği dışında. 4 gece konaklamamızda 4.akşam zoraki temizlik yapıldı. Sabah uyarmamıza rağmen dikkate alınmadı. Gün içinde hamam/sauna çalışmıyordu. Resepsiyon ve restoran çalışanları inanılmaz güleryüzlüler. "

"Very friendly staff, excellent hotel, the room was incredible and the breakfast so delicious. We only stayed one night and it was really a pity that we had to leave so fast. We will be back."
